NOT so easy to get contract as advertised

So I`ve decided to make use of CELL C brilliant offers and move away from my current network, but what a hassle. I`ve now had to go to the shop twice to get asked "RANDOM VERIFICATION QUESTIONS" which I fail every time, yet TODAY I know for a fact that I`ve answered ALL the questions CORRECTLY. I ASK YOU WHERE DO YOU GET THIS INFORMATION. I GET ASKED ABOUT MY SALES HOUSE ACCOUNT AND MY STANDARD BANK CREDIT CARD AND I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT EITHER. I`VE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT AT STANDARD BANK OR SALES HOUSE. now I get forced to go back every day to hope to get the answers right to "QUALIFY" to get my account. how on earth can I get the answers right when the questions don't even apply to me???
