I have an existing home loan with standard bank. I emailed the home loan division twice to obtain a statement of my account. On both occasions, I included all the relevant information needed. The consultant that replied did not even bother to read my request. She just replies with the same email again and again (shown below) even though I sent all the information. Please Standard Bank, either fire these incompetent agents or don't offer loans!!!
