STANDARDBANK, MOVING YOU BACKWARDS!!

Standardbank placed a suspension on my Homeloan due to CIPC noncompliance, after rectifying it I mailed proof requesting the suspension to be lifted. In my fruitless efforts to get a resolution, I communicated with Gillian Alexander, Ntombizile Mathonsi, Amanda Reekie (team leader who never got back to me and refused to take my calls), Pamela Mutemeri, Andries Potgieter, Susan Botha, Kegibone Mookisi, Zimhle Dhalmini, Vivian, Lynn, Lyolo Ndlovu, Thando Mpothulo, Princess Nkosi, Patrick Murtha (team leader who said he will look into the matter and then never reverted back) and then lastly Pamela Mnugni from the Customer Resolution Centre who put the final nail in the coffin by telling me that they will not lift the suspension due to the fact that in 2004 an additional amount were issued and they NOW want the building plans of the house they didn't ask for 9 years ago! When mentioning that I am going to pay off the last amount on the bond, move all my business over to FNB her words to me were " it's your decision"! And the moral of the story? After settling the homeloan and soon moving everything else to FNB, not ONE person from Standardbank could be bothered by loosing a 20 year client!!
