A payment was made, via account to account transfer, from my Elite Account to Credit Card on 15th May 2013. On Wednesday, 22nd May, I noted an outstanding authorisation on my Credit Card account. I called to query this and was told that the payment was not yet cleared.
On instruction, an e-mail was sent to [Email Removed] with all details.
To date, the payment has not been cleared.
