Standard bank not refunding claims

19 April 2013 05:18:48 in the morning while I was at work, a withdrawal of R2900-00 (My weekly wages that I only received that morning) was withdrawn from my account without me knowing. The card was in my possessions and I wasn't near an ATM. I at that time didn't know what happened as we are not allowed to take cell phones into our workplace as we deal with military vehicles. When I got home 16h30 I saw the sms of the withdrawal and stopped the card 16:39:13. Standard bank at first came back and said the claim was denied because we didn't report it within 15Min. I did explain the situation and they said they are still not paying the claim. We logged a complaint with the CRC and received ref 35394277. We didn't receive any feedback from them and had to constantly phone them back for updates. They finally came back with another declined. This time it was because " The card wasn't cloned but swapped at the atm". I was at work and not near an atm. I Stella that I wanted to take the matter further to the Ombudsman or such and she said that they will also decline it. I insisted and she said that their systems was down and she'll get back to me. She never got back to me. I want my money
