Over due amount doubel my intalment via sms 3am

I would like to express my dissapintment with Game store, I pay my account every month via eft and there were no problems until on the 12th August 2013 when I woke up to an sms saying 'YOUR GAME ACCOUNT IS CURRENTLY OVERDUE. PLEASE PAY THE TOTAL DUE OF R914.85 IMMEDIATELY' yet my statement clearly stated that the instalment due was R387 which i paid R400 on the 26th July 2013.

Yesterday I sent an email to [Email Removed] to query the strange sms, nothing happened, no one replied, today I re-sent the same email and a consultant replied by asking me to send proof of payment which I did today and he didnt even eplain the R914 I queried. So what I dont understand is why am I being sent an sms with an amount I don't understand and told to make a payment immediately, is this how you treat customers?

I've never changed my payment method, its always been eft so can you please explain to me what is going on because it seems customers receive a prompt response when they communicate with you on hellopeter where you quick to say : 'Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, you will urgently be assisted'.
