Not being assits for 2 months

3 month ago i was owing overdraft and bank charge because of not getting paid @ work i manage 2 pay all the money i was owing the bank after finding out that I've been send to legal and my card was working again but couldn't swipe. i went to fordsburg plaza i couldn't find help many time i end up calling the legal to remove the block still couldn't swipe i end up going 2 my branch library gardens still we've call card division they told me i must submit a copy of ID and fill a form so that i can get a gold cheque card bcz the one i was using was old i mst wait 4 seve working days same day when i draw in an ATM the Atm eat my card and i report it was given a debit card while still waiting for my new card, till today wen i go 2 the bank my card is not orderd and they say these a block thats why am wont get it and ws told i will charge 2 pay in shop with the cara am using bcz its nt a cheque card and still using cheque card package its unfair i thnk i'l have to close this account bcz its stressing me and am pregnant am tiered being send 2 pillar 2 post its too much bcz it being 2month bsy with banks.
