REFUNDING MY MONEY

Dear Sir/Maam

Last week monday I complained about RCS not wanting to pay my money back since 22 July 2013 and I received a response that the complain has been resolved so I would like to know from them what has been resolved because my account has not been credited with R573.91 so can you please tell them I want my money with interest from the 22 July 2013 to date.
