I still have not had my problem resolved and it has been almost 2 weeks, on the 21/12/2013 R 644.00 was deducted from my account. i have posted this on hello peter. i received a response from Mpho Mokoena this same day and was promised the problem was going to be resolved on the 23/12/2013. i have received a response back from Mpho, i the called in and spoke to Sithemila and was also told that the money will be in my account on the 30/12/2013. i have checked, and no money has been credited to my account. i have now called i again and been sitting on the phone for almost half an hour and still havent spoken to a consultant. Is this ever going to be sorted out or do i need to get my lawyer involved
