Cash not credited back into my account

1 July 2013 at 13:09 i went to withdraw money from a nedbank atm, the atm went out of service when the cash was supposed to come out, i quickly went inside the branch (Hillcrest, Pretoria) to report it and was told the money will be credited back into my account in 24 hours, after numerous calls to the branch and call centre today the money is still not in my account, I spoke to Patric again on Friday who promised that the funds will be in my account before close of business on Friday 5 July 2013, today is 08 July 2013 and the cash is still not reflecting in my account, this makes it exactly 7 days after i reported the incident and yet my money is credited back.
