Interest to their bank account at my cost

During July 2012 I complained about Vodacom deducting money from my bank account for 2 contracts which was cancelled the year before. The query was resolved and they agreed that they owe me R7000. To date I have not received any payback from them, just a credit note each month together with my invoice. I still have 2 small contracts with them, of which the account is just deducted from my credit. I feel that it is very unethical of them to draw interest on MY money monthly, forcing me in a way to keep this two contracts going as an only option to get the money owed to me, back from them.
