My car was settled on 08 July 2013. I send a request reference number 54322 on system for reimbursement of my money which they owe me on 08 July 2013 and sent a email reference number 54661 to their customer service I did not get any reply. I phone on 10 July 2013 where it was said to me that the money will be paid back 48 hours from 08 July 2013. Today is the 12 July 2013 and still no response or money in my account, their system shown that it still not settled.
