My dad died and i called the call center in order to claim. i went to the branch and was requested to call the call the call center because some things i had wanted they couldnt asist me with in the branch. i was talking to the consultant and in the background there were people talking loudly. when i asked the consultant to tell the people in the background to keep their voices low the team leader rudely told her to tell me to mind my busines. i didnt i want hear about cockroaches, you claim superior service yet your team leaders dont know what superior service is. i would fire that individual they dont deserve a job if they can tell customers to mind their own business. service fro the consultant was ok, but the team leader needs a lessson in customer service. sis on her. at that time i was very vulnorable, ijust lost my dad an was busy with funeral arrangements. i didnt need that at that time. sis on you
