Credit Card still not resolved since April

I wrote to Hello Peter about a month ago regarding on my Credit Card that had not been resolved since 20th April 2013. I had been into Standard Bank Randburg Branch (they were very helpful) but their Department have still not reversed the on my budget account in the sum of about R4500. I take time off work, spend 3 hours at Standard Bank Randburg Branch once or twice a week and despite numerous courtesy phone calls, and e.mails from Standard Bank Department and Customer Complaints Department NO ONE has listened to my complaint or resolved the problem - I have spoken to a total of 20 different people in their Department - I wonder if they are all in cahoots with the - it seems very strange that no one can effectively address this simple request. Even though I tore up 3 cards in the presence of the Randburg Branch consultants, payments continued to come through - does this not tell you something about their service. I also wrote to the Ombudsman - spent hours photostatting the 2 inch correspondence, registered it and NEVER RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR REPLY.
