Appalling service from Standard bank. On the 05/09/2012, I have visited Maponya branch to pay my credit card, while I was on the line, the bank manager referred me to the ATM to do my standard bank credit payment and a consulted by the name of Ntombi was assisting me at the ATM. Before the transaction was completed; the ATM has completely shut down with my credit card and money inside the ATM machine. Ntombi referred me inside the bank and the bank manager (Thomas Mabaso) tried to log case but he was unable to access my account due to system failure
I waited for 5 hours without any help or confirmation that someone is working on my complaint. I have I called customer care but it seems like no one is willing to assist me, they keep on transferring me from one department to another.

Here are my demands

1. I demand that my R 800.00 hard earned cash payment that has been taken by the ATM Machine to be credited into my credit card account.

2. A New credit card to be issued at no cost to me and to be delivered to my work address as I have already spent enough of my time at Maponya branch.

3. Should there be any money that was withdrawn from my account due to your system
