Very bad service!

A month ago Easypay some how managed to acquire funds from my credit card. Standard bank eventually gave me a new card and sent me an email confirming that it had been reversed. Now a month later Standard bank department has helped themselves to funds from my credit card. NO communication as to why?! I have been trying the entire morning to get hold of some one. NO one picks up the phone, no response to emails or faxes. We as customers are obviously not important enough to Standard bank to even give us the courtesy of any kind of service. I have finally had enough and will be finding myself a new bank. I am really very tired of the consistent bad service from our banks. It's my hard earned money that I put into your bank, which you charge me to do as well.
