Credit bureau error by Standard Bank

Good Afternoon

I refer to complaint on hello peter: REF30132378 and all other correspondence since April 2012 (when all STD Bank accounts was settled.)

I applied for a credit card, and Standard Bank has yet to remove the credit card info from my credit profile at the credit bureau. It still shows I need to make R2309 per month payment to Standard Bank. All my Standard Bank accounts and cards were settled long ago. Why is Standard Bank refusing to correct my credit record, and remove this information. I refer you to the credit act with regards to unfair listing of client on credit bureau. Please remove this information immediately, and provide me with written confirmation within 48 hours that this was done.

I am trying to apply for a home loan, and Standard Bank is now placing a block in my future.
