Debit order cancellation

My mom's medical aid debit order comes off of my bank account. I changed banks and attempted to move the debit order and was told it could not be moved as the account holder of the medical aid was not the account holder of the bank account. I left the debit order on my old account in order to find out what needed to be done to resolve the matter. Medihelp then cancelled the debit order without our instruction (cancellation of medical aid on their part) and now send me snotty e mails saying they will take us to court if we dont pay. Firstly i asked who cancelled the debit order and was told there were insufficient funds in the account. I have no bounced debit orders so find this statement insane. When i stated this i got no response. And now i am being threatened with legal action when cancellation was done by Medihelp??? Medi - no - help if you ask me!!! very angry and have already contacted my attorney!!!
