Still NO feedbak or FOLLOW UP

What does one need to do to get a query completed!!! I have been going round in circles with the bank and its employees. Just when I thought we were done and the new paper work submitted, I have no received a lawyers letter, threatening to blacklist me for the old query which I was told was sorted out. I have responded to the lawyer and to Standard Bank with all the emails between myself and Sicelo. I even have an email where Sicelo is admitting the they (STD bank are at fault) this has all gone to the attorneys. BUT I am still waiting for a reply from STD bank who were ccd in the mails. WHY??? Further to this the debit order which was meant to be loaded and come off my account on the 1st of August did not happen. Now whos fault is this??? What needs to be done, maybe I should get a lawyer involved and sue the socks of you people. You have admitted to fault, made me sign new papers and yet you never reply to emails nothing. DISGUSTING! I promise if you have blacklisted me I will take this further. Why do you not reply to emails?? Why do I have to go onto hellopeter to get a response??
