Last week I decided to take out a loan with Nedbank as I had one with them previously
I called the online call centre and they did the neccessary credit check etc and said go sign at a branch.
I went into Nedbank Pavillion on the Friday afternoon, Made an appointment with melanie before I went in
When I got there she said her clients were more important so I should see the other lady, 10 minutes into the application the other lady said, sorry to do this to you but can you go back to Melanie.
We went to Melanie, she printed everything and asked me to sign. I pointed out that the system had my previous details on it and that I wasn't married to the that person anymore she said not to worry it would be taken care of.
She then didn't call me on the Monday as she said she would, I called a few times and was eventually told your app is in, she would call me Tuesday to confirm everything at 11. 1pm came and I called the bank, they advised they didn't have answers yet, so I called the call centre who confirmed my application was missing the insurance tick. I reported it to the manager. Today (Wednesday) there are more problems. Kerenza will work with it now... hoping for success
