My garage card was cloned at the end of April and a transaction was made without my knowledge. After 2 disputes and 2 affidavits, SB still owes me the money.- After the account was closed a correction was made but another deduction was made to the same amount on the garage card that was still in the possession of Wellington Branch. Over a period of time quite a lot of enquiries were made by myself without any feedback. It usually ended up with me heading back to the bank after the waiting period, only to discover that my complaint were never loaded on the system and to begin the process again. Reference numbers serves no purpose when your dispute simply gets lost or was never even filed. A case was opened, but again after no feedback and me returning to the branch, my case was not on the system. Another affidavit and this time I spoke to the senior consultant, Sean. I expressed my deepest disappointment and he assured me he would have feedback the next day. Regardless to say a week later I stepped into the bank and after interrupting him with another client as he was reluctant to see me, he had still no feedback. Probably because another branch can't find my case on system!
