Unauthorised warranty cancellation! Ref GWH47044

I took up a Innovation Group warranty policy in December last year from Euromark dealer in Pretoria. The warranty option was included in the agreement with wesbank. However I stood for 4 months without getting any letters of acknowledgement from the Innovation Group. And so I decided to call them to enquire, but to my surprised the lady told me the policy did not exist! In July I managed to track down the salesman who helped on the sale of the car and explained to him, he confirmed that all was in order and that I should call again.
During that time I started having problems with my car, I called again on 23 Aug after taking it in for a diagnostic check and spoke to a lady called Zethu and she confirmed that the policy existed but was cancelled in march by some"douglas from some umhlanga dealership"?? the reason was that the deal did not go through!? I told her that it seemed that there was a big mistake!
Well on 26th Aug I called again and funnily it was reinstated without explanation!! The claim was put through, but they still don't want to pay!! I spoke to Zinhle yende today and she said the cancellation was a mistake- I told her I just want my refund asap consider the erro
