Mailed hocvetting to cancel policy on 28aug13, 02sept send proof of new insurance contract, 07sept go to branch as no feedback received, 09sept asked to update contract, 10sept send updated ins.policy, 16sept mailed hocvetting AGAIN to cancel policy - still have not received feedback - POLICY NOT YET CANCELLED. Nobody answering at 0861722272 - phone just rings and rings.
