In 2011 I got retrenched and re-employed in 2012. FNB and two other companies listed me for defaulting on payments. In 2013 I settled all debt in full and final settlement and removed negative listings from TransUnion ITC. Sadly FNB is not prepared to remove listing. I have the opportunity to buy the house I currently live in however it seems this is now impossible. The listing will be removed from my profile in Feb 2014 which is too late as the house will be sold by then.

I would like to request FNB to reconsider their decision not to remove the default listing.
