ITC Listing for an unknown Account

Hi i was listed by Credit Intel because they said i have an account with loan discovery that for start i dont know of. Because of my good subscription with ITC i saw R963 default list on my ITC. Ok because of blacklisting i payed R963 that i owe i called them to remove the listing they said it will be removed after 2 years. I phoned Loan Discovery but we i explain to a consultant she droped the phone on me cause now i really dont know. To my knowledge i know when you owe a company and settle the account you must be removed from ITC. They refuse to give a letter of settlement they said loan discovery must give me and loan discovery said i dont have an account with them please help me cause i am now listed by Credit Intel. Cause i want know is a letter so that i can do a recession on my ITC Credit Profile
