Had a call on Monday from a lady for delivery of FNB Card. I had to spell every word to this person. Delivery was arranged for Thursday, between 8 - 10. Received 2 Sms'e confirming. Waited Thursday in my office, had to move my meetings, no Courier.
Late afternoon, Thursday, I received a call from Melanie, saying they cannot locate the address. What a joke. Briefly, I gave the address again, pointing out that delivery must be before 09:00. Well the courier came only at 09:30 and on the form says delivery time 9-10. Didn't Melanie listened? The courier also mentioned that he was yesterday here in the same building on the 7 Floor. He said he was already 08:00 this morning in CBD. Why didn't Melanie do her job? CCD Couriers was waisting a whole day of my work / time and morning. I really hope that FNB will make in furture use of other couriers.
