Absolutely disgusted with the service

18 Feb 13:dropped off car at Sanrose. Instructed lady who received my car to call me back with expected date of completion
20 Feb 13:called to enquire about progress and date of completion as I received no call or update from Sanrose. I was told to leave a message and will be called back with update
21 Feb 13:Didn't receive any calls from Sanrose. Called a further 2 times. Was told again to leave messages. At this time I was highly irritated as I was speaking to numerous people promising to call me back with progress which didn't materialize
22 Feb 13:I called in the morning and aired my frustration only to be told that the car will be ready on Monday (25th Feb) afternoon.
25 Feb 13 - I called to enquire what time I should pick up my vehicle. Was told to leave a message as Melanie was not available and that she will call me back. After 2 hours I called to enquire time again. Spoke to Melanie, she advised that she will go check and call me back at 12pm. At 12h10, I called back to enquire as Meanlie didn't return my call with an update. She said she would check immediately and call me back. I expressed my disgust to Melanie and the phone was dropped in my ear.
Car still not ready :-(
