I have a credit card with your institute, on tuesday last week I was called by one of your consultants saying I qualify for a limit increase. I asked them to call me after work, they never did. Now on friday another consultant calls me n I tell him to increase the limit. He tells me he is processing it n then says the system is giving him trouble. He then says I will put in the application n call you monday to confirm. Now its tuesday n no one has called me???
