Care a Attitude with Dire Consequences

I am in Pta. I drove from Pta to Jhb in PEAK HOUR TRAFFIC to view a prop within minutes of seeing the prop advertised, put in an offer on the same day. I even drove from Pta to Jhb again to deliver another offer when the agent said that the scanned offer was not clear. I contacted Betterbond in Boksburg to arrange my bond. I emailed ALL my docs to Sonja on 31/07 at 9:03 & I have a delivery receipt. I didn't hear from her & I phoned at around 4pm & spoke to Urie & advised him of the URGENCY of the matter & asked for Sonja to call me. I practically PLEADED. There was another offer on the prop & whoever got the bond first would get the prop.By 2/8 the other buyer obtained pre-approval. Apparently Sonja never received my email OR message. Guess who got the property? The joke is that I have enough saved to purchase the prop for cash & cover legal costs. I have been shopping for months for the right investment prop, instead of having my prop I'm spending more time & money viewing props all over again. U should really consider the legal and financial consequences of your in/action!
