Rude person with a bad attitude

Based on good reports on the internet blogs etc, I had my wife take my vehicle to Sean after I had arranged for him to look at sorting out a problem with the prop-shaft. He was only due to look at the installation and then quote me to do some alterations to the prop to correct a vibration and a botched job by another prop-shaft company also in Midrand.
When she arrived there with the vehicle and asked him to look at the prop to see what the problem was and asked if she could wait for the vehicle Sean was extremely rude and offerred comments like "and would you like that, a burger and chips? ", for whatever that had to do with the issue! and "what about my other customers? " If he was like this with her as a potential customer, how long will he have other customers to stay in bussiness for? We had never discussed leaving the vehicle with him but sending it to him to be looked at for a quote, why was it necessary for him to be rude, ...because it was a woman, that is why!! A common problem with males in this line of bussiness. He should be ashamed of his conduct and he has lost us as possible customers forever. Ladies beware, this person doesn't deserve your bussiness.
