NISSAN SPRINGS - POOR FEEDBACK

Cars & Transport

Good day

Purchased Navara 4. LT 2007 model from Nissan Springs on 1 November 2013, vehicle was collected on 8 November 2013 after a major service was done. I contacted the salesperson on Monday 11 November 2013 and informed him that there is a vibration on the prop shaft and also the steering column has movement sideways. I was told to bring the vehicle in on the Friday. It was agreed by the manager that I can take the vehicle in for the prop shaft balancing and that Nissan will refund me. The prop shaft centre pointed out that the spline has excessive wear and also the entry bearing on the gearbox show signs of collapsing. The vehicle was returned to Nissan Springs on 23 November 2013.

I have contacted Nissan numerous times to find out what the progress was and every time they told me that I will get the vehicle when the repairs are done, no clear answer was given on what the problem was for taking so long. An e-mail was send to Nissan on 4 December 2013 requesting urgent feedback on the progress, no one came back to me since.

I had the vehicle for just over a week the past month, please assist urgently.

kind regards

Gerhard
