No show and not responding to calls made

About 2 weeks ago i asked to see this property:

i was told about another property in another str, but could only view it this week. although my number was taken, no one phoned me to arrange to view the property. this week i went to the office, and apparently the agent lost her diary and took down my detail again. now this better property was not available anymore, but we arranged to view the original prop last night at 18h00. i phoned at 16h00 to confirm and also send an sms. my hubby and i arrived 17h50 at complex. and send her an sms to announce our arrival, also stating what car we were driving. i phoned at 18h15 but it went to voicemail. i phoned at 18h40 but the call was ended. we left. at 19h00 agent phoned to ask why we were not there or late. she denies that i have send sms, phoned twice or that we were there. my husband stated all the cars we saw while being parked there waiting on agent. this is very unprofessional and our time was waisted. it is terrible that people do this to other people in my opinion. i will NOT recomend this agent to anyone at all..
