REPEATED Disgusting Business Conduct!!!

Last year I feel behind with my Edgars account and was handed over to their collection department - Anthony Richards and Associates. I then made payment arrangements this year and began regularly paying the account off. I noticed that on the account, each time they called me to make a payment arrangement, they billed me for it. I then called in in April and requested that they no longer phone, and just put on record that I will pay a specified set amount of no less than R 500 by the 1st of each month, so that I can save costs of them calling me to pay the account off quicker by saving costs of their phone call billing. It is now almost the end of August and over the last 4 months, despite my regular payments, dozens of discussions with them requesting that I not be called to save the telephone charges and countless arguments with line managers (Such as Hannah Merrington - who was DISGUSTING with me on the phone) they are still calling me over and over and adding on the charges. It seems to me that even make arrangements and paying them does not stop them from making a quick buck wherever they can! I want a credit!
