Billed for monthly calls

Good day. I have made a payment arrangement on my Edgars account with the above-mentioned company. I have honoured our agreement since then ( /- 1 year ago). However, since the arrangement they call me every month BEFORE month end to remind me OR make a payment arrangement. I have not ONCE since our arrangement been late or skipped a payment. And every month they charge me R10 for the phone call.
I have complained to Mrs Williams, supervisor before but I keep on getting the monthly calls from a Mrs Mathias. This is very frustrating as they call me at my work place not to mention the R10 added every month. Yesterday I received a call from Mrs Mathias and it was only the 26th. Her previous call to me was on 3rd September 2013. Mrs Mathias also speaks to me in a way that is uncalled for - maybe because I cant "afford" respect???
