ACCUSED AND HARASSED FOR "NON_PAYMENT"

I am being harassed by some rude, woman called Susan Wyngaard from Boksburg Healthworx for a bill that I supposedly did not pay in full. This bill was handed over to Anthony, Richards and Associates and I made all the payments through them. A month ago this Susan sends me a "bill" saying that I still owe healthworx R200. I called Anthony Richards and they said that account has been paid in full. Even after I told this Susan woman that the lawyers they handed me over to say the bill was paid in full, she still went and handed me over to LexMed, now I get those irritating smses from LexMed. We need to have a way of suing the out of like Susan who go around accusing and threatening people about bills that are paid in full. Instead of this Susan obtaining payment records from Anthony and Richards, she hands me over to LexMed, I mean really? How dumb is that?
