I D.Khambule paid a total amount of R2400 at Jet Stores Maponya Mall Soweto clearing my debt as i had a clothing account with the store. after i made the payment a balance of R233.44 was showing on my account and the cashier at the store requested that i call the Associates because the charge is coming from them. the matter was now with Antony Richards Associates.i called and spoke to Ms/Mrs. Lorna Sturman the said supervisor at Antony Richards Associates who promised to reverse the balance showing and give me a debt clearance letter within a period of 48 hours after the payment was made but she did not fulfill her promise its now 3 month already, when i contact her i no longer get hold of her. in December a call center agent @Antony Richards Attorneys who identified her self as Kgothatso also promised to send me the clearance letter within 48hrs but she also did not. again during December i spoke to Ms/Mrs. Jenine Turnerson who told me they will reverse the balance showing on my Jets account but when i went to the store they showed me that the balance is still showing on the system. when I call Antony Attorneys Associates I talk to lot of people who don't help me.
