Rude and denying me information

I received a phone call from Anthony Richards & claiming that I have an outstanding Truworths account. When I asked for the application form and proof of purchases and a statement I didnt get it, therefor I didnt make any payments as to my knowledge I ahouldnt. Today I got another phone call, after asking why I didnt get the information I wanted, A secong person, being Mrs Hendricks started talking, she was listening in all the time without advising me. She refuses to give me proof the I opened the account or made purchases. She demands payment first before she gives me anything documents or statements. Her wors were, if its not my account why do i want the documents. I must proof it myself that this account is not mine. Her cleint Truworths refuses. I lay a complaint with the ombudsman ref CIO/130715/17358.Someone needs to intervene, thisis against the law. I am entitled to any information before they can demand payment. And Mrs Hendricks, I am a human being not a dog, pleaser treat me with some respect!
