I just want to complain about standards bank's service, 2 months back i had a debit order for R99 that i knew nothing about by New begining my bank who charged me R30 to get me information for the people debiting my account because they failed to help me or even protect my account for being falsely debited and now i am debited again R129, 29 by RS Marketing whom i know nothing about now i dont even bother calling the bank for help because they re useless. I asked if they could contact me about about new debit orders that are being requested they told me that when they get a request they assume i approved it which i think is just pure rubbish.
I'm now looking at cancelling the stupid std bank account because they fail to protect me as their client.

I'm taking my business to FNB because i know they are able to help their people with these kinds of issues.
