U count rewards programme that does not work

Standard bank u count is launched with the selling point of R1 back on fuel per litre at Caltex until the end of the year.
Fine enough SB decides to compete with FNB. Sign up is easy at the cost of R20.00 pm thinking that the rewards will pay itself. I have now got the service for two months and the results are disappointing. I filled 263 Litres from the time i registered. My balance only shows 110 points ie R10.00. So i call the help line. they promise that it will be sorted by 15 aug 2013. A week and a half later and still no results. i then ask for a username reset. Still waiting for the email to reset it.

Lets do some quick math:
Monthly fee for two months: R40
Calls to help line: 10 min= R20
Expected amount from points: R263
Actual amount from points: R11
Expected overall rewards: R 223.00
Actual overall rewards: R-49

Can someone please address these issues! if you cant calculate 263 points how do you calculate our bank balances???
