I CANT DRIVE MY CAR ON LONG WEEKENDS? O_o

Utter nonsense: After my car was smashed, its been over two weeks and still hasnt been approved by Budget Ins.
Zanile the handler of my case worsens the situation, of having to drive a smashed car, byh not giving any feedback on the dates that she said she would

I have t keep following this guys for feedback. Their reason for the delay is because my car was smashed during a weekend on womens-day at night. On the contract it doesnt say anything about client being unallowed to drive in weekends or whatever time of a day. Maybe its time you read your own contract Budget.

Stop waisting my time and patience Budget, you clearly have no sense of honouring a contract. I stuck to your terms and conditions but you are busy looking for a way to me just like your fellow company Virgin Insurance.

Zanile stop making promises you cant keep. And dont tell me when to drive my car cos that is not in the policy. First your policy says I cant drive my car to work, I abided, now you are complaining about me driving my car on a weekend when am not at work- when the am i supposed to drive it?
