Shocking service lead time

Apart from the frustration of having an access of R9500, paying premiums of R1300 for over a year, being told to take R1000 when I collect the courtesy car. It is now going for a month driving around with a smashed car, with a hole that I cannot drive when raining or otherwise I can get more electrical faults. Considering all this money I need to pay, I really do not feel like I'm getting my money's worth with this insurance. I don't feel like my claim is being given any priority at all.
Now I can safely say when one is joining budget insurance they must have a huge budget and expect to get no value for money.
I'd really like this team to communicate with the panel beaters, pictures were taken few days after accident and only started sourcing parts donkey weeks after.
