Budget Car Insurance Worst Service Eve

My son Michael was involved in a car accident. He was classified as a unregular driver by Budget. The Investigator wants proof that he does not drive my car (A Tata) on a regular basis so he has been calling his friends, visiting his work place and the flats where we live. I must stipulate I have 2 cars (A Red Getz And a Silver Tata) and now and again he gets to also drive my Getz or the Tata. The Investigator Andre carries the picture of the Tata around. At his work place for example, they asked where does he park his car not querying if it was the Getz or the Tata. Luckily there is CCTV Footage at his work place and Andre will be viewing this on Monday to prove my son has only used the Tata 2 or 3 times a month. Julian at the Call Centre said the Book Value of my car was R34 000 but he added R2000 because of low milage and made it R36000. I asked for a copy my contract. I emailed Tata and they gave me the car's Value. Guess what my car insurance is Market Value which means I should be paid out the Retail Value of R42 400. They have written off the car as to repair the Tata is about R35000. I have been with Budget for years and I cannot believe how they are treating
