On the 16/08/2013 and 14/08/2013 I received emails that my query has been resolved and I will be refunded R150 for the bad service from Old Mutual. Well I received the refund however I contacted the call centre to confirm why an debit order went off on the 26/08/2013 when my debit orders are suppose to go off on the 20th of each month. A consultant called Stacy who didnt even want to listen to what I was saying told me that I can speak to the person who was helping me with the compalint because it does not show on her side and I am in arrears. This mess is not getting sorted out and its going to create problems when I have to claim. I dont understand why whats written on the emails in black and white is not updated on the Old Mutual statement. I am tired of been told about the arrears amount which I did not course everytime I contact Old Mutual and please could I have the debit order loaded for the 25/08/2013 deleted because that was suppose to only go off for the month of July 2013 according to the consultant I spoke to. CAN I PLEASE HAVE THIS SORTED OUT URGENTLY.
