I looged my query in July 2013 and the last time I got a response was on the 1/08/2013 with no solution.my debit orders were apperantly deleted by the old mutual system and now i must pay extra for old mutuals system error. I asked Coleen to give me the obudsman's number as i was not happy with the resolution for the query because I dont understand how a system error is suppose to be my problem. old mutual is such a big financially institution and they dont even have contact details for their complaints department so you must wait for them to call or send an email and when they do finally contact you its a private number. I must say the service I have received at old mutual is pethetic
