Managerial intervention requested

Pension has been paid into our account for 18 years, now last week no payment, we called and were told to get copies certified of id bank statements and a letter stating they can pay the pension into the account they have used for 18 years, We are told to fax it all..., when we call to get fax number we are told fax is not acceptabke, we get in car drive all the way to sandton from benoni, wait in a queue, then when we had to leave for doctors appointment we were told the papers we had been asked for and brought with were no good, one person said it was the tax mans fault, one said it was the bank who returned the payment, and yet another said my husband has to have his own seperate bank account!!! They have paid this pension for 18 years into the SAME account..., why now will they not pay it? Also we asked for a beneficiary form 8 months ago... we are still waiting!!! Shocking treatment towards a pensioner..., we are at our wits end and cannot even pay our rent the end of this month... can anyone help???
