Incompetent consultants

I cancelled this police in the beginning of October 2013 and they still deducted on my pay day. I called old mutual and they apologized and refunded me promised that the debit order is cancelled. Now again this month OLD MUTUAL deducted, I am suppose to go through that process all over again. Because of the incompetent old mutual consultants who did not cancel my debit order. I am tired of this nonsense this is causing strain on my account. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!
