On the 27 of July I logged on to Hippo requesting a insurance qoute and lady by the name of Eulanda Makgobatlou assisted me with a quote. I specifically mention to her that I do not want to be charged for admin fee as I had an insurance with Auto and General and I was looking for compative deal. She promised me that I will not be charged for admin fee. To my surprise I went to my bank acc and Im being charged for admin fee. What kind of service is this i suggest you guys go back and listen to your call recording and reimbuse my money. If this is kind of sales strategy that you guys are using then i suggest you change it cause its misleading the innocent people out of their money.
