WHY DOES MIWAY NOT RESPOND TO E-MAILS & CALLS?

I receive up dated policy, with all "nice promises" but when I e-mail (22/8 @ 12h38 AND 23/8 08h18) to correct / alter somethings on the contract, they never respond!

I called 27/8 left my number on the "Message system" - still no response

I did not want to go this route, but you left me no alternative?
