Budget Insurance
No Paperwork Received/Admin problem

I joined budget insurance the 24 April 2013.I had a lot of issues with THEIR ADMIN SECTION W.R.T a debit order that was not supposed to go off but that was sorted. I have called them 3 to 4 times asking when i will get my paperwork via post and i was informed it should be 2 to three weeks after i joined the insurance. Well it has been almost 2 months and NOTHING NO PAPERWORK YET.Currently i am still driving with my old insurance stickers on my car WHICH I THINK IS RIDICULOUS.
CAN SOME 1 KINDLY ENSURE BY BUDGET INSURANCE I GET MY PAPERWORK. I have to admit i had no problems with first for women when it came to their admin and debit orders..I am contemplating to go back to my old car insurance company i had no problem with them w.r.t admin and debit order.
