Amazing Vouchers
BAD SERVICE - CANCEL MY POLICY IMMEDIATELY

I am really disgusted with the kind of service I had with Amazing vouchers. I signed up with you guys a few months ago and the consultant said that I will not have to pay the admin fee. Debit order went off and there was the admin fee included? I then called to complain about that and was assisted by Michelle. She promised to listen to the call and give feedback but she never got back to me. I then called again on Monday and spoke to Charlene who said Michelle has to help me and that she will call me back. Really>? She never did!! I then called again today and spoke to Foucha who also promised that Michelle will call back as I now want to cancel and I want all my monies paid back. It has been 2 hours later and no call as yet. I work in the service industry and cannot believe what kind of service I am receiving. I now want a manager to call me back and I want ALL my money paid back to me ASAP.
